We work regular hours Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm but cannot guarantee a specific time; we will try to fit your schedule to best suit your needs and advise you of the time we should arrive.
3. Do I Have to Do Anything Before the Home Cleaning Services?
With this in mind, we would be very appreciative to have you please spend a few minutes the night before our arrival to put away any excess apparel, playthings, or any other household odds and ends so that we can spend more time washing your home and less time helping you straighten up.
4. What If Something Is Damaged When My Home Is Cleaned?
We treat your home just like ours: with respect and care. And in the unfortunate event that something does break or gets damaged, we will do everything possible to make it as good as new. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it. In cases where it is possible and when appropriate, we will also make sure that insurance claims are filed on your behalf. Your home is just as important to us as ours is to you. So a professional response to any unfortunate events will always be what we strive for.
5. Do I Have to Be Home When the Team Comes?
We realize that you’re not always at home when we visit. The keys you give to us are marked with your own unique code for that home and are cross-referenced elsewhere so that no one can possibly guess which home is yours. Alternatively, you can hide your key or use a lockbox to allow us to enter your home into our team on the day you have chosen to have your house cleaned. If you do not want to leave a key for us and we are unable to get inside your house we reserve the right to charge you a lock-out fee.
6. What If My Home Cleaning Service Falls on a Holiday?
Should your regularly scheduled home cleaning service occur on a specified holiday, we will promptly contact you to set up an alternative service date. We want to accommodate you while respecting holiday observances.
7. Do I Have to Be at the Home/Office When You Are There?
Oh, you don’t have to be here while we clean. You can make arrangements for us to have access to your home or office when you are out. Most of our clients like us to clean while they are not there so that they return home or to the office to a clean environment with no interruption to their day.
8. Is Your Work Guaranteed?
Absolutely. We guarantee your satisfaction with our home cleaning service and maid service. If you are not 100% happy with any part of the job that you don’t think we performed to our best ability, kindly let us know and we will gladly work with you to ensure you are completely happy.
